We want to take you on vacation, a vacation from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, if just for one moment and one bite! With life getting challenging and more stressful as we get older, combined with the current feeling of being less safe in this world, what better way to unwind than through the comfort food we grew up with. Think of this as a brief food journey to a time and place when things were laid back, safe and simple. If, by chance, you were never there, then we will take you there.

Our motto is “Be Happy! Don’t Worry!” A quote from the legend, Papa Grande himself. Papa Grande is a style, just as much as the man himself; Laid back, with a tropical Key West, Soulville, island vibe. It is a style like “A lil chicken fried, a cold beer on a Friday night, and a pair of jeans that fit just right” -Zack Brown Band...or knowing that “Every little thing, is gonna be alright” -B Marley. The menu takes the travel and experience of both Papa Grande and his son, Chef Dan and put them in bite form. Bite form makes it easy to enjoy when we are busy and on the go, but want to feel the comfort of our youth.

In addition, our thirst quenching mocktails and drinks are not only delicious they are nutritious. They contain all natural ingredients like real sugar cane juice, fresh cut green tea leaves, and fresh fruits. Such ingredients have been shown to be a cancer preventing alkaloid and have electrolytes that cool down the body.
